By accessing our website or booking a stay at Sinam Desert Resort, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking & Payment
- A confirmed reservation requires valid payment details or a deposit as specified during the booking process.
- Rates displayed are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will maintain the agreed-upon rate.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival: 0% fee on a half-board (HB) basis.
- Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior: 25% fee on HB basis.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior: 50% fee on HB basis.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior: 100% fee on HB basis.
- Non-refundable deposits are exempt from this policy and will not be returned.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.
- Check-in and check-out times are indicated on your booking confirmation. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
5. Liability
- Sinam Desert Resort is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to secure their belongings and consider travel insurance.
- Participation in adventurous activities is at the guest’s own risk. We follow all safety guidelines but cannot assume liability for unforeseen events.
6. Use of Site Content
All content on our website, including images and text, is the property of Sinam Desert Resort. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
